Regal Build Ltd was appointed to deliver the full interior fit-out for Air Power East’s new premises in Stanton, Suffolk. Working within the existing building shell, our role was to transform the space into a functional, modern working environment that would support both office operations and day-to-day business activity.

The client required a professional, practical workspace that balanced durability with a clean, contemporary finish. Key priorities included well-defined office areas, a welcoming internal layout, reliable welfare facilities, and finishes suited to long-term commercial use. All works needed to be carefully coordinated to minimise disruption and ensure a smooth transition into the new premises.

Commercial Partitioning & Structural Stud Work

The interior layout was formed using high-quality stud work walls, all fully ply lined and finished with plaster. This approach provides enhanced durability for a commercial environment, allowing walls to safely support fixtures, fittings, and future alterations without compromising structural integrity. The plastered finish delivers a clean, professional appearance while maintaining long-term resilience, ideal for high-use workspaces.

Office Doors, Vision Panels & Internal Access Solutions

Denata ash finish internal doors were installed throughout, providing a modern, professional aesthetic while ensuring durability for daily commercial use. To improve visibility, safety, and natural light flow, alley frame vision panels were incorporated within the office partitions. A sliding serving hatch was also introduced, improving functionality and efficiency within operational areas without disrupting the workspace layout.

Commercial Kitchen Installation & Staff Welfare Areas

The project included the installation of a fully fitted commercial kitchen, finished with contemporary midnight blue doors and contrasting grey cabinetry. Pencil round skirting and architraves created a refined, cohesive finish, while the layout was designed for ease of use and long-term practicality. This space supports staff wellbeing while presenting a professional environment suitable for client-facing operations.

Efficient Hot Water & Modern Plumbing Installations

To enhance efficiency and convenience, a Quooker 4-in-1 boiling water tap was installed, providing instant boiling, hot, cold, and filtered water; reducing downtime and energy use. This was supported by a Hyco Eco 30-litre water heater, delivering reliable hot water with improved energy efficiency, ideal for a modern commercial setting.

Commercial Flooring Solutions for Office & Operational Areas

A combination of blue loose lay Altro flooring and carpet tiles was selected to suit the varying demands of the building. Altro flooring provides excellent slip resistance, durability, and ease of maintenance for high-traffic areas, while carpet tiles in the office offer acoustic benefits, comfort underfoot, and flexibility for future layout changes.

Commercial Washrooms & Bathroom Fit-Out

The washroom facilities were fitted with a full Ideal Standard bathroom range, ensuring durability, reliability, and ease of maintenance. Challenger cubicle systems in a Cypriot oak finish were added to introduce warmth and contrast, elevating the overall finish while maintaining suitability for commercial use.

Suspended Ceilings & Internal Finishing Works

A suspended ceiling system was installed throughout, allowing for clean integration of lighting, services, and future access for maintenance. The project was completed with full internal painting, delivering a cohesive, polished finish that enhances light, improves the working environment, and reflects a professional brand image.
